Job Description
The Role:

We're looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to manage customer-related tasks and interact directly with our customers. You should be extremely organized, helpful, and collaborative. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership over key operational processes, interact with customers and colleagues from across the company, and proactively solve problems. This role will work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure our customers love using Rocketrip.

What you'll do:

- Interact directly with existing customers via Rocketrip's instant chat (Intercom), email, and occasional phone call
- Oversee operational processes including receipt ingestion, Rocketrip reward approvals, and BPO team management
- Work with the Product team to proactively resolve client inquiries
- Take on ad hoc projects and assignments
